I can't get the retracts to go up or down using the interlink Elite or the Dx9 with the ws2000. I searched and people were asking questions, but no answers.

First, we really need to know what aircraft you are trying to use. Are you sure the aircraft has retracts?
2nd the ws2000 only has 8 channels of information passed to the software.
You need to edit the aircraft to see what channel the gear is on. It might be possible to move gear to another channel.
It might be possible to move the gear channel when editing the controller profile.
These are the things that I would look at.

The plane is the f-86 Sabre(turbine). The one that comes with the sim. I had the same plane on my 6.5 Realflight and it had retracts. How do you figure out which channel affects the flaps?

If you are using the Interlink Elite, It is the same switch you used in 6.5. Channel 7 is the label on the old controller.

With the WS2000 you have a maximum of 8 channels. In your screenshot, you have not assigned two of those channels. Read the user manual to tell you how to assign /move channels.
