Sierra Nevada Cliff for 60% ships_AP

Designed specifically for the large-scale, ground launch sailplanes, this is a variation of the Sierra Cliff site. The aircraft spawn and some objects have been moved to allow room for large wing spans. Default wind speed is 20mph, which is a nice setting for the 60% ships.
