Throttle Hold Release

I use the electric helli models and I noticed one that has a nice slow power up.
What do I edit to have the models I fly the most (as they pertain to the ones I own) power up slow the way my own helli's do?
I don't like the way the tail snaps when I release throttle hold.

You should be able to use the throttle arm threshold in the governor menu, adjusting the number closer to 100 gives a soft spool effect and should slow the start up down a lot.
