Throttle unresponsive in custom configuration

I've scaled (both visually and physics) up one of the stock models and changed the engine from electric to IC. Visually everything looks good.

In the editor I am seeing throttle response, but no matching RPM increase.

Any ideas what I could possibly have done wrong?

with out knowing what the engine and propeller specs are, I dont know how much help anyone can provide. there are some other settings that could cause it but the engine and prop are more likely mismatched.

Thank you for the reply, the problem was I had not selected the proper IC engine, I hadn't seen the selector box way off to the right in the editor, which was dissimilar to the other methods of changing things of clicking and typing in place.
