Up arrow key unresponsive after hitting ESC key twice

After opening and closing the main menu by hitting the ESC key twice, the keyboard command "Up Arrow" for a "Quick Look at the Windsock" becomes unresponsive.
 
This is a known issue internally and we have a case in our issue tracking system for it. I don't have an timeframe for it right now, though.

Ryan, thanks for your reply. I found a workaround for this problem. I turned off the menu notification and turned on the legacy menu instead.
