You will need to capture the video. RF8 doesn't actually record it. It just keeps a record of the flight data and repeats it with the model on screen.

Lots of them out there if you search for free screen capture software. Here is one called TinyTake. Free version limits you to 5 mins of capture.

Maybe some others can chime in with what they use.
