It will, but you may have to turn a couple settings down to get it to run smoothly. I know from experience that it will run. I used to run G3 on a 14. Ghz P4 with 256 RAM. It struggled but once you toy with the settings it runs like a champ.
It should work. I've run it on my old IBM T41, 1.7GHZ version. It works fine. Just don't expect it to look as good as running it on a Gaming PC. I expect it to run better on yours.
