My computer crashed so I bought a new windows 10 and now I cannot download my G-4/5 software, do I have to buy new software

AFAIK, there is no downloadable G4/5. Did you buy a new PC without a DVD drive? If so, you can buy a cheap USB DVD drive. Or copy the RF installation media to a thumb drive using a different computer.
