My socks *hm* Windsock do function.

1. Build a tube
( needs no name )

2. The Ring thing
( ~CS_RotatingRing )

3. The windsock
( ~CS_SEG1 / ~CS_SEG02 / ~CS_SEG03 ................ )

4. The connection

5. Finish to export as *.Kex

You need to put all these threads in to just one thread for G4 objects. That would make a good reference for later.
