When I saw the nice 880 Convair model by Doug Kaye (DHK79), the vision of this aircraft that immediately came to mind was the "Lisa Marie".
Elvis Presley purchased, and converted, a retired Delta Airlines 880 in 1975. The aircraft now sits across from "Graceland" in Memphis and is available for viewing.
The paint scheme was very simple (bright white with blue and red trim), and carried the familiar tail logo "TCB" (meaning Taking Care of Business).
Thanks Doug for another memorable classic from the past!!
