The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner is the second member of the super efficient 787 family. Both the 787-8 and 787-9 bring the economics of large jets to the middle of the market, with 20 percent less fuel use and 20 percent fewer emissions than similarly sized airplanes. At 20 feet (6 meters) longer than the 787-8, the 787-9 extends the family in capacity and range, flying more passengers and more cargo farther.

Revised some of the airplane physics parameters. Engine parameters changed to JetCat P200-SX specifications, giving the model a 1.33 lbs weight to 1.0 lbs thrust ratio. This model is a hot flier.

Performance level will be similar to the real life full sized airplane.

This model is also equipped with a thrust reverser. It is power controlled with the inverse gas command (the less gas, the more thrust reverser) and activated together with channel 5 and gears down to prevent an involuntary activation of the thrust reverser during the flight.

When landing engage the thrust reverser when close to the runway. Use sufficient throttle to prevent stalling.

This is a very nice flying model. A worthy addition to the RealFlight 7 hangar.
