This is a paint scheme based on the North Texas air ambulance CAREFLITE. It is the scheme used on their Bell 222 helicopters. The real helo's of CAREFLITE are actually 222 UT models, which have skids instead of the retractable landing gear. Its not 100% accurate, but its real close...hope you like it.
