Revised: Fixes the issue with Rudder visual reversed.

Switches:
Low rate is Gun fire.
Ch 6 rotary knob is for flaps.
Brakes are mixed with up elevator.
Rudder is mixed with the ailerons for better tracking in turns.
Elevator is mixed with flaps to minimize climbing when flaps are deployed for landing.
Both pilots and gun are controlled by moving the sticks
