The Cub has been converted to electric using a Great Planes Rimfire .55 42-60-480 Outrunner Brushless motor, and an APC 16X8 electric prop. It is flown on a 4500mah 6s LiPo battery which yields about 4 mins flying time. With proper throttle management you will definitely exceed 4 mins. The aircraft has been balanced and tuned to fly exceptionally well with no trim, by adjusting the CG, tuning the incidences of the flying surfaces and motor, adding mixes and applying AS3X flight stabilization.
