Parkzone T-28D_EA

I created a new CS for the Parkzone T-28D version (my first CS), and I adjusted the physics of the craft to match my T-28D. A couple of the things that are different on this from the "out of the box" T-28D are a heavier battery (2500mAh 25C), and 2.5 inch skinny light weight wheels to help with grass runways. Both of which I use on my T-28D. This aircraft was based on brentg's T-28. I was unable to upload a CS file or an AV file, but I did obtain permission from brentg to upload the aircraft this way.
