Parkzone T-28D_EA

I created a new CS for the Parkzone T-28D version (my first CS), and I adjusted the physics of the craft to match my T-28D. A couple of the things that are different on this from the "out of the box" T-28D are a heavier battery (2500mAh 25C), and 2.5 inch skinny light weight wheels to help with grass runways.
