Error loading DLL Ultralightcore.dll

Hello. Last week i bought the evolution sim. I installed it and used it yesterday with no problems, today i got a code Error loading DLL Ultralightcore.dll when trying to start the simulator.
Anybody who can help a Swedish guy new into this. I don't know what to do, there is no link where i can get help with my problems.
I have started over the computer, tried to reinstall steam and evolution. Nothing works.
I have windows 11 on my Samsung Galaxy Pro 360.

RF Evolution don´t start

Hello, i boght the full Version on Steam, but RF EVO didn´t start. I got a error Mssage " Error loading DLL Ultralightcore.dll " On my Sytem under Steam run´s RF Trainer Edition and a upgradet Full Vesion of RF 9 to RF95S very well. I re installed the Software over Steam, but noch change...
