Ive come to enjoy doing renders as much, if not more, than modeling itself. So, I thought there might be interest in a thread to post them in. This thread is open to discussion of techniques and any other questions. Anyone is welcome to post their renders. Please limit pics to modeling program renders, and not in Sim screenshots.

Guys guys guys... I'm quite a bit disappointed, it is indeed rendered. Just not as static as most of you would expect ;) This at least tells me that my rendering was good enough :D

This is an initial setup on an OLD model I found in my Wings 3D files. I had to import it into max and do some major fixing on it, so not a great render. So, I decided to do a before and after comparison..........here's the before.

Hey Scott, on parts I haven't created internal faces such as my cowl, how can I render back faces?

Due to side projects, I'm going back to blender for some models. Here's a quick, rough render setup. This renderer has potential, but my setup still needs a ton of wor .
