Download ,then delete .rfx extension and Unzip..

Dont understand your Problem either,Where are you saving tga & what Name?.
Have added object in an airport just choose 2 overwrite when asked!.
Did notice I could drive through Wall of Hangar as it Hasn't got a Collision Frame will add it & update this post later.

Thank you bosshawg and jeffpn for trying to help a very amateur modeler. I got hanger in airport but can not get tga into Gimp to paint. I have pics of what RF says when I open airport. I am confused.

Got it bosshawg, here is a pic of hangers in airport. Thanks again for your help. It does have a mirror like reflectiveness to it, can I fix that in gimp or RF editor?
