Boeing 707 family build(s)

With the end of my previous build, the MiG-21, and the poll for the next build coming coming to a conclusion. I am starting the next build of the Boeing 707-320B and major variants using the same wing and fuselage which includes the E-3 and maybe the tanker conversion of the 707 or C-137. But not the KC-135 as it has a hugely different wing and different fuselage.

here is the first 5 hours of work.

I not sure what variant you are refereing to. The only planes I can think of is the E-6 Mercury or E-8 Joint STARS which seem niche.
 
Looks great Legoman, Question...Looking at the left pic., there appears to be something hanging down from the bottom of the leading edge of the wing. Are those leading edge slats ???, or maybe spoilers or air brakes of some type ??, I`ve never seen anything like them before.
