There aren't that many possibilities. 1) the InterlinkDX is defective 2) there is a connector issue; you might try a usb hub, or powered hub. 3) there is a power issue; you may need a powered usb hub. If HH tested your InterlinkDX you don't have (1). That leaves (2) or (3) marcus
