Time for surface beveling and gear. 8899 polys. It may not seem like it to anyone else, but this one is going rather quickly for a change. Ive only got about 3 hours total so far, and 1.5 of that was on the cowl vents.

Plenty.........nothing you want to hear about though. Life has reared its ugly little head, and this model isn't in its plans. I'll get to it maybe this weekend.........maybe.

Looks good, thats a nice Orange color you should incorporate it into a scheme.

I plan to. During the build, I'll sometimes spend a few minutes baking it to get an idea for a base color if I don't already have a scheme in mind.

Hey guys, sorry I vanished for a little bit. Business comes first you know. I can't find any of my photos of the Sukhoi. I keep saying this (and I really want to), but I'll get over there and pull it out and take some photos as soon as I can. With the little guy practicing 4 nights a week and the business taking up another 75+... I am grounded for the moment.

Spent most of my time today going through reference pics, but I did manage to make my first attempt at cutting out the fuselage for internals. We'll see how it goes.

Let the learning experiences begin again.

Still trying to decide. My first thought was the hangar 9 scheme in the first pic, then I found the second. If I had found the turbo conversion pic in time, I would've done it for the third.

That's what I'm leaning towards, thus the orange material. I liked the color better in wings though.
